I coach physicians and other healthcare leaders to become more agile, effective and energetic. I assist leaders and their teams in achieving personal fulfillment and group cohesion. I enable my clients to gain the clarity, confidence, effectiveness, accountability and vitality necessary to attain the highest levels of leadership fitness. I deliver executive coaching and leadership development programs that result in enhanced competency, impact and organizational flow.
Background and Experience:
I bring over 20 years of executive leadership and management experience to my role as an executive coach. I have held senior executive positions in the healthcare, automotive and information technology industries. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and I am credentialed by the International Coach Federation. I received my coach training through the Coaches Training Institute, and I am the Founding President of my statewide professional coaching association. I am a member of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations, the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Education and Credentials:
I received my Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Public Health degrees from the University of Michigan, my MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and my Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Illinois. I hold a Certificate in Strategic Planning for Healthcare Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and I am a graduate of the University of Michigan's Human Resource Executive Program.
