Our Physician Coaching Institute graduates are coaches and consultants with extensive experience in healthcare, either as clinicians, executives, or allied health professionals.  All of our members are advanced trained in one or more discipline of human potential development.  These disciplines may  include Professional Coaching,  Team Development, Leadership Development, Large Group Process, Appreciative Inquiry, Crisis Management, Change Management, Retreat Facilitation, Strategic Planning, Crucial Conversations and Communication Training.  

Note:  All of our coaching affiliates work either on-site with you or remotely via telephone.  Distance is generally not an issue when selecting a coach.

In addition to their professional training the coaches are advanced trained by the Physician Coaching Institute and have earned the Certified Physician Development Coach™ designation, signifying their commitment to healthcare evolution.
