Dianne Ansari-Winn, MD

Client and Business Focus:
My coaching niche is coaching physicians who are wanting more in their careers and in their lives in general. I work with professionals who are struggling to rekindle the passion in their careers. There are many professionals out there who, at first, loved their work. They have put their all into their career, and they are very successful. They do great things, and they help a lot of people.
However, over time, the thrill diminishes. My clients are very talented and bright people with a lot to share with the world. At the same time, they wish to be fulfilled in their lives and careers. My goal in coaching my clients is to help them discover, or re-discover, what their strengths and talents are and what is truly important to them. With that knowledge, we can collaboratively create a life for them that they deserve—a life that is rich and meaningful.
I founded Pinnacle Personal Coaching to provide career and personal coaching programs to physicians and other professionals who desire career fulfillment and work-life balance is my passion.
Background and Experience:
I have a unique career combination, as I am still in clinical practice as an anesthesiologist as well as a career and personal coach. My experience as a clinician continues to give me the privilege and satisfaction of caring for patients. In addition, I am able to use my talent for connecting with people to be a catalyst for exciting, positive change in their lives, which is extremely gratifying to me.
As a physician still in clinical practice, I live in and have an intimate understanding of the physician’s world, and a perspective on physician fulfillment that coaches that are not physicians cannot have. As a coach for physicians, that knowledge is invaluable.
Education and Credentials:
My formal coach training is through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the premier coach schools in the world and the Physician Coaching Institute. I have been in a successful private anesthesiology practice for 10 years in the Denver area, and currently serve on the board of directors of my group over 30 anesthesiologists. I attended University of Michigan and graduated in 1992 with a B.S. in Psychology and and M.D./M.P.H. After an anesthesiology residency and fellowship, I moved with my husband (who is also a physician) to Denver in 1997.
